CARS TO TREES

CARS TO TREES is a customized integration system for Direct Air Carbon Capture (DAC). Its functionality is built on leveraging and partnering with existing DAC technologies, while embedding them into a unique and tailored application. The innovation operates by utilizing surplus, wasted, or prepaid energy within its process.

By harnessing this recycled and freely available energy, the system achieves very low costs and high efficiency in its customized DAC operations. It is designed to be fully decentralized and highly scalable, capable of reaching gigaton-level carbon removal at a reasonable cost.

Through the CARS TO TREES model of innovation and integration, each car effectively emulates the biological function of a tree, serving as a decentralized and mobile DAC unit for atmospheric carbon removal.

Direct air capture (DAC) is a technology that captures carbon dioxide (CO2) from the ambient air and converts it into useful products or stores it underground.DAC is one of the negative emissions technologies (NETs) that can help reduce the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and mitigate climate change.

 “CARS TO TREES” system will utilize the vehicle’s Potential Energy i.e. ; forward motion, miles traveled, airflow, velocity, engine’s wasted thermal energy, and other unused potential energy  in vehicles moving toward CO2 capture and “Direct Air Carbon Capture (DAC ).
